This work in progress aims to reconvert the original project of the former General Markets into a new center of food culture in Italy’s capital city, transforming an area of over 4000 square meters into an interactive and dynamic space, to create a hybrid concept that brings together sales, food supply and education. A place where producers and consumers can meet and engage.
