In the capital of Hunan, an entertainment park entirely dedicated to Italy.
This work in progress, carried out in collaboration with Huayi Brothers, aims to design an entertainment park entirely dedicated to Italy, with the faithful reproduction of some of the most famous Italian cities including Lucca and Venice, and spaces reserved for 97 activities, 47 of which are intended for F&B.
Study of the product mix, layout of spaces and determination of areas in square meters, analysis of the park’s flows and routes, identification of operators, business plan for individual operators, support of Italian entrepreneurs and formats upon arrival in China.
