The last Fonzie family format is dedicated to one of the most famous Middle east street food’s dishes: kebab, for the first time made according to the criteria of kosher cuisine. The menu consists of three types of kebab – meat, fish and vegetables – to be matched with three different types of oriental breads – laffa, pita and a long sandwich. Suduch (sandwich with sliced turkey kosher with typical dressing of the Jewish tradition) and falafel (chickpeas meatballs) complete the food offer.
