A trattoria run by the Community of Sant’Egidio, created to support the social integration and employment of disabled young people, who work at lunch and dinner in the kitchen, front-of-house and welcoming guests.

General consultancy on the project, concept ideation, economic feasibility analysis, formulation of the gastronomic offering in the various areas of the outlet, support in studying the coordinated image, social media management, photo shoot.
