Ideation and Strategy

It is essential to take the product as a starting point to create a successful format. Therefore, we outline the guidelines of the food and wine proposal that will characterize the outlet, specifying the F&B offering, the food menu, the drinks menu and the service dynamics.

Once we have outlined the format concept, we go on to develop its identity from an architectural and graphic point of view, to recreate the most suitable mood through the spaces and visual communication.

Development of Food&Beverage Offering

Once the guidelines for the food and wine proposal have been outlined, our food department goes on to create the F&B offering, from choosing suppliers to the subsequent creation of recipes for menu dishes, testing the dishes and carrying out any product tasting.

Communication and web marketing

We create communication and marketing strategies for food brands and promote them through social networks, the website and a blog. We create specific communication and advertising plans tailored to a particular brand’s identity and we deal with graphics, images and copywriting.

In the event of new openings or restyling of existing businesses, we will build a launch strategy involving the press and trade opinion leaders by issuing a press release to major magazines and trade publications, with a view to organizing a press launch event and a public inauguration.
